Preferred candidate profile
- Fresher BE (EEE, ECE, MECH) OR 2 years of experience in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, manufacturing (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, make decisions under pressure, and solve problems effectively
- Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing production demands
