Administration & Office Management
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities of the office and factory.
- Ensure availability of office supplies, stationery, housekeeping materials, pantry items, and other consumables.
- Maintain records of office assets, equipment, and inventories.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
Vendor Management
- Identify, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and service providers.
- Obtain quotations and compare prices to ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, maintenance agencies, and service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Purchase & Procurement
- Raise purchase requirements based on departmental needs.
- Source materials, consumables, tools, spare parts, and equipment as required by the factory and office.
- Maintain purchase records, quotations, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure timely availability of materials.
Facility Management
- Ensure proper maintenance of factory premises, office facilities, utilities, and infrastructure.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, electrical, plumbing, internet, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor AMC contracts and service schedules.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
General Coordination
- Support management in operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, courier, and logistics requirements whenever necessary.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, training programs, and factory visits.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative responsibilities assigned by management.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
