Job Summary
We are a 28-year-old luxury wedding and event management company hiring an experienced Production Manager to lead end-to-end production execution across premium weddings, social events, and large-scale corporate celebrations across India.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute production requirements for weddings and events
- Manage event setup, fabrication, décor installation, sound, lighting, staging, and technical production
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners
- Prepare production timelines, BOQs, and event execution plans
- Conduct site visits and oversee venue preparation
- Ensure timely delivery and installation of all production elements
- Monitor event budgets and control production costs
- Handle on-ground operations and troubleshoot issues during execution
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Maintain inventory and production-related documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Production, Operations, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in event production, wedding production, or event operations
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Hands-on knowledge of fabrication, staging, lighting, sound, and event infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Willingness to travel and work weekends as per event requirements
- Immediate availability preferred
