- Manage the executive’s schedule and appointments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and messages
- Prepare reports, letters, and presentations
- Arrange meetings and take meeting notes
- Organize files, documents, and records
- Coordinate travel plans and bookings
- Handle confidential information carefully
- Communicate with clients, staff, and visitors
- Remind executives about important tasks and deadlines
- Support daily office operations and administrative work
