Trek Leader – DFireFit.Life
DFireFit.Life is looking for energetic, responsible, and passionate Trek Leaders to lead weekend and multi-day hiking adventures across Himachal Pradesh. If you love the outdoors, enjoy working with people, and have experience in trekking or mountaineering, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead groups safely on treks and hiking expeditions.
- Conduct participant briefings and safety checks before and during the trek.
- Plan routes, maintain schedules, and manage group logistics.
- Monitor weather conditions and make sound decisions on the trail.
- Provide basic first aid and handle emergencies when required.
- Coordinate with local guides, drivers, campsites, and vendors.
- Encourage teamwork and create a positive experience for participants.
- Capture photos/videos and assist with social media content when needed.
Requirements
- Previous trekking or outdoor leadership experience preferred.
- Good physical fitness and endurance.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of mountain safety and Leave No Trace principles.
- First Aid or Wilderness First Aid certification is an advantage.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and travel extensively.
