Electrical & Mechanical Department Preferred
Educational Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma – Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience: 2–3 Years (Manufacturing / Industrial Purchase preferred)
- Handle purchase of Electrical & Mechanical materials, spares, tools, and consumables.
- Prepare Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and follow up with vendors.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new vendors; maintain approved vendor list.
- Compare quotations, negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
- Ensure timely procurement as per production / project requirements.
- Coordinate with Stores, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts departments.
- Ensure materials comply with technical specifications, quality standards, and drawings.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Track order status, delivery, and resolve supply-related issues.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, GRN, and documentation.
- Support cost reduction and process improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company purchase policies and procedures.

- Motors, transformers, sensors, relays
- Electrical spares and automation components
- Bearings, gearboxes, pumps, valves
- Fabrication materials, fasteners, tools
- Mechanical spares and maintenance items
- Strong knowledge of Electrical / Mechanical materials
- Vendor negotiation and sourcing skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
- Good communication and coordination skills
- ERP / SAP / Purchase software knowledge preferred
- MS Excel & documentation skills
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
