We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Academic Head to lead and oversee the academic operations of our CBSE school. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of teaching and learning, curriculum implementation, teacher development, and student achievement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the CBSE curriculum.
- Supervise and mentor teachers to enhance instructional quality.
- Monitor academic performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Conduct classroom observations, training sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines and school policies.
- Coordinate examinations, academic calendars, and curriculum planning.
- Collaborate with school leadership, parents, and staff to achieve academic excellence.
Requirements:
- Master's degree with B.Ed./M.Ed. (mandatory).
- Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, including academic leadership in a CBSE school.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, assessment practices, and educational policies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in educational technology and school management systems is preferred.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per hour
