Solebs is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking someone with a strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement who can help strengthen our digital presence and brand visibility.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, adaptable, and passionate about creating engaging content while maintaining a professional work attitude and strong work ethics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow Solebs’ presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
- Conceptualize and create reels, short-form videos, and trend-based content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content formats.
- Develop content calendars and contribute creative ideas for campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and execute marketing initiatives.
- Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions.
- Conduct competitor research and suggest innovative content ideas.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Experience in reel creation and short-form video content.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate unique and engaging ideas.
- Good understanding of current digital and social media trends.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Professional work attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent work ethics, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
