Role Overview
StudioSB is looking for a Senior Architect who brings clarity of thought, design leadership, and executional rigor. This role is for someone who can take ownership—from concept to completion—while elevating both the work and the team. You should be equally comfortable shaping ideas, resolving complexity on-site, and representing the studio with confidence.
What You’ll Do
- Lead projects end-to-end, driving strong design narratives through to built outcomes
- Translate concepts into precise, buildable documentation with high attention to detail
- Engage directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to align vision, budgets, and timelines
- Mentor junior team members, setting benchmarks for design quality and work ethic
- Oversee site execution to ensure fidelity to design intent and technical compliance
- Make informed decisions on materials, detailing, and construction strategies
- Integrate sustainability meaningfully—not as an add-on, but as a design driver
- Represent StudioSB in presentations and key project discussions
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant experience with demonstrable project leadership
- Strong design judgment backed by technical depth and on-site experience
- Fluency in AutoCAD, Revit, and 3D/visualisation tools
- Ability to navigate complexity—design, coordination, and execution
- Clear communicator with confidence in client-facing roles
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and critical thinking
Preferred
- Experience with BIM workflows and parametric tools (Rhino/Grasshopper)
- Exposure to sustainable design frameworks (LEED or equivalent)
- A portfolio that reflects both design intent and built resolution

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
