Role Overview This role is based out of Kuhoo Office - Nashik. Being a member of the Business team, you will play a critical role in designing customer experience and creating leads for the business and proactively supporting the strategic alliance manager in building more business.
What will you do? - Interact with customers through Calls (Voice Process), Inbound / Outbound Calls. - Resolving Customer’s Enquiry, Requests, Complaints resolutions through email conversations, - Focus on quality of work and documentation of the action is a must. - Maintains customer records by updating account information in the database OR Drive. - Understand the customer's query and identify the customer's needs and give the best resolution to the customer on call. - Recommend potential solutions to customers by analyzing customer needs and interacting with the internal support team without long delays.
