Job Description
A Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions and ensuring a smooth service experience. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information related to pathology and order booking services in a timely and professional manner.
The executive will act as the first point of contact for customers and must ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards, especially in a healthcare-related environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chat support
Resolve customer complaints, service issues, and basic technical concerns
Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and timelines
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support teams
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions
Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare confidentiality standards
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and professional approach at all times
Eligibility & Requirements
Only non-married bachelors required
Age limit: 22 to 28 years
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or science streams related field (preferred)
Prior experience in customer service or healthcare support will be an added advantage
Basic computer knowledge mandatory
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)

Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work independently in a WFH setup
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Language Requirements
Hindi – Mandatory
English – Mandatory
Regional languages preferred: Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Bangoli, Odia, Punjab
Shift timings - morning 6:30Am-3:30pm
4pm-1Am
10Am- 7Pm
2:30pm- 11:30 pm
Additional bonus and performance-based incentives
Pay: ₹10,404.87 - ₹16,000.00 per month
