Job Title: PGT Computer Science Teacher

Job Summary:
Central Academy is seeking a qualified and passionate PGT Computer Science Teacher for its Sanchore branch. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Computer Science to senior secondary students, developing their programming, logical reasoning, and technical skills while creating an engaging and supportive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Computer Science to senior secondary students as per the prescribed curriculum.
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons using interactive and student-centered teaching methods.
- Develop students’ programming, coding, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, practicals, projects, and assessment materials.
- Conduct computer lab sessions and ensure proper maintenance and discipline in the lab.
- Teach concepts related to programming languages, databases, networking, and computer applications.
- Assess students’ academic progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain accurate student records, attendance, and classroom documentation.
- Prepare students for board examinations and academic excellence.
- Encourage participation in coding competitions, technical activities, and projects.
- Participate in school events, meetings, trainings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and coordinators for curriculum planning and student development.
Requirements
- Post Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or relevant subject.
- B.Ed preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience as a Computer Science Teacher preferred.
- Strong knowledge of programming languages and computer applications.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Basic computer lab management and smart classroom handling skills preferred.
Work Schedule
Monday to Saturday (as per school timings)
