Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, references, and other job portals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates for joining formalities.
- Prepare offer letters and coordinate onboarding activities.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Handle employee documentation and joining process.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.
- Basic understanding of HR operations and onboarding.
- Ability to work under pressure and close positions within timelines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS software.
Qualification:
- Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.
- Relevant experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
