We sit at the intersection of e-commerce data and finance. Instead of manual ledger typing, our daily operations rely on smart data reconciliation, spreadsheet logic, and Tally integration.

You don't need years of audit or legacy accounting experience. If you are a Data Analyst, Science/Engineering/Commerce graduate, or spreadsheet wizard with a strong numerical IQ, a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, and working knowledge of Tally Prime, we want to hear from you! We will train you on our specific e-commerce workflows and automated systems.
What You’ll Do
- Data Handling & Cleaning: Process, clean, and reconcile large datasets (sales reports, return logs, payment gateway settlements) using Excel / Google Sheets.
- Tally Data Integration: Format and import automated cloud data streams into Tally Prime and verify ledger balances.
- Discrepancy Investigation: Spot patterns, identify data mismatches, and track inventory movements across systems.
- AI & Workflow Optimization: Use AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) to write complex formulas, automate repetitive data tasks, and solve logical reporting issues.
Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills)
- Data & Spreadsheet Proficiency: Strong command over Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas, CSV handling).
- AI & Tech Agility (Major Plus): Active inclination to use tools like Gemini, Claude, or ChatGPT to speed up analysis, write formulas, or troubleshoot data issues.
- Basic Tally Knowledge: Working familiarity or practical knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Core Accounting Logic: Understanding of core accounting principles, financial statements, and double-entry fundamentals (debit/credit logic).
- Background: Open to any analytical degree (B.Sc, BCA, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA).
Location & Work Hours
- Location: Must reside in Chennai, preferably within a 30-minute daily commute to our Adyar office.
- Full-Time: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Part-Time: 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM OR 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Pro-rata pay)
- Work-Life Balance: We strictly respect work hours—we never have delayed or extended office hours.
- (Note: This is a strictly in-office role; there is no WFH option).
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
