Job Overview:
ICA Edu Skills is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Associate
to build strong relationships with colleges, coaching institutes, and educational
partners for promoting ICA’s Job Guarantee Programs. The candidate should
possess excellent communication and presentation skills and be comfortable
with field work and daily reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit colleges, coaching institutes, and educational organizations for
business development activities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with academic
institutions.
Generate leads and drive student enrollments for ICA Job Guarantee
Programs.
Conduct presentations and counselling sessions for students and
institutions.
Coordinate with the Centre Manager and submit daily activity reports.
Represent ICA Edu Skills professionally during meetings and events.
Support promotional and marketing activities as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong presentation and communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident personality with good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation activities.
Willingness to travel locally for meetings and business development.
Other Requirements:
2-wheeler mandatory.
Mon–Sat working.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Prior experience in education marketing, field sales, or counselling will
be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
