Maintain daily sales and expense records.
- Handle petty cash and cash reconciliation.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and vouchers.
- Assist in salary processing and attendance coordination.
- Maintain staff advance, debit, and reimbursement records.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding payments and outstanding dues.
- Update purchase entries and stock-related records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC documentation.
- Verify outlet reports and daily sales reports (DSR).
- Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting documents.
- Support audit and compliance-related activities.
- Coordinate with outlet managers and cashiers for account-related matters.
- Prepare Excel reports and MIS reports as required.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Tally/Accounting software preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant qualification.
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in restaurant or hospitality accounts preferred.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
