Team Lead
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Lead to manage and support our team of counsellors and executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in study abroad or relevant Field .
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of education counsellors and marketing strategies
- Oversee daily operations and ensure team performance targets are met.
- Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
- Assist in counselling students for overseas education opportunities.
- Coordinate with universities and partners for admissions and applications.
- Ensure smooth communication and workflow within the team.
- Prepare reports and track progress of team performance and student applications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 2–3 years of experience in the study abroad / overseas education industry or Related field.
- Proven experience in team handling and leadership roles and marketing experience
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of admission and visa processes for countries .
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a target-driven environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
