We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Service Engineer to support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance activities for safety and security systems deployed across Data Centers, Banking Institutions, Hospitals, Commercial Buildings, Malls, and Industrial Facilities.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise in low-voltage systems, field service operations, customer support, and system commissioning while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Perform installation, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of safety and security systems at customer sites.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to deployed equipment.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Prepare site reports, service documentation, commissioning records, and technical reports.
- Provide technical training and product demonstrations to customers, technicians, and site engineers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and service delivery.
- Analyze equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
- Support Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) activities and promote service offerings to existing customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-installation support.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and documentation standards.
- Travel across India for installation, service, and support activities.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
