About the Role
We are looking for motivated and passionate Computer Science students who want to gain real-world experience by working on Python and AI-based projects for international clients.
This internship offers hands-on exposure to software engineering practices, AI development, technical mentorship, and industry-standard project workflows. Selected interns will work under the guidance of an experienced Software & AI Engineer with global industry experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop Python and AI-based project components.
- Understand project requirements and implement assigned tasks.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Test, debug, and validate solutions before submission.
- Implement revisions based on technical or client feedback.
- Communicate project progress, timelines, and blockers regularly.
- Follow coding standards and maintain project confidentiality.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree (2nd, 3rd, or 4th year) in:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Artificial Intelligence
- Data Science
- Or a related technical field
- Candidates with 0–1 year of relevant experience may also apply.
- Good understanding of Python programming fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of APIs, Git, databases, backend development, Machine Learning, or Large Language Models (LLMs) is an advantage.
- Strong willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback.
- Ability to complete assigned work within agreed timelines.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Prior professional experience is not required.

Training & Compensation
The first month is focused on learning, shadowing, practice assignments, and performance evaluation.
- Training and practice assignments are unpaid.
- Approved production tasks are paid approximately ₹7,000 per task.
- Payment is released after client approval and payment confirmation, followed by a processing period of up to 14 days.
- Required revisions are considered part of the assigned task.
- Compensation may increase after six months based on performance, quality of work, and consistency.
A high-performing intern can earn approximately ₹28,000–₹30,000 by successfully completing four approved tasks.
