Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to handle customer communication, support client requirements, and maintain good relationships with customers in the manufacturing industry.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and meetings
- Coordinate with production and sales teams for order updates
- Maintain customer records and follow-up details
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support
- Share product, delivery, and service information with clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationship management
- Prepare reports and update CRM data regularly
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM)
- Problem-solving and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience in customer service or client handling
- Manufacturing industry experience is an added advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
