Regional Sales Manager – West
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and strategy discussions with team members and channel partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, applications, service, and supply chain to ensure
effective execution of sales strategies.
Must-Have Competencies
- Proven experience in selling life science instruments, reagents, or related technologies.
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management capability.
- Experience in team handling and CRM monitoring is mandatory.
- Expertise in key account management and distributor/channel management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the South India region.
Good-to-Have Competencies
- Exposure to strategic market expansion or new product launches.
- Experience working with global principals and technology partners.
- MBA or other business management qualification
Education & Experience
- Essential: MSc / MTech in Life Sciences or related discipline
- Experience: 12+ years of experience in sales and business development within the Life Sciences /
Biopharma industry, including experience in regional sales management, team leadership, and channel
management.
