Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum equipment uptime, adhere to safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, panels, transformers, PLCs, VFDs, sensors, and control systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical faults.
- Maintain electrical distribution systems, lighting, and power equipment.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Install, test, and commission electrical equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history.
- Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.
- Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement when necessary.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or ITI in Electrician/Electrical.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance (experience requirement can be adjusted).
- Knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, motors, MCC panels, transformers, and industrial automation.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical manuals.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Ability to work in shifts if required.
- Team player with a proactive approach to maintenance.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
