Job Description:
Ivory Agency is seeking a dynamic, creative, and experienced Social Media & Content Manager to lead client social media strategies, create compelling content, and manage end-to-end social media activities. This role requires someone with a strategic mindset and hands-on experience in an agency environment, capable of handling multiple client accounts under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve clients’ business objectives.
- - Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- - Handle client communication, acting as the main point of contact to understand needs, present strategies, and report performance.
- - Plan and execute social media campaigns, monitoring trends and adjusting strategies as needed.
- - Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign success and areas for improvement.
- - Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and quality across channels.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 2-3 years in an agency environment with a strong understanding of social media strategies, content creation, and campaign management.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creative thinking, and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
Personality: Pleasing personality with strong client-handling abilities, and the capability to thrive under pressure.
