Perform inspection of externally supplied components in accordance with quality plans and engineering drawings using CMM and other precision measuring instruments.
Document inspection results in SAP/ERP systems, ensuring traceability and compliance.
Manage internal quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as RCA.
Handling & effective closure of non-conformities
Coordinate the segregation of inspected materials for dispatch to production areas or storage in the warehouse.
Preparing the Supplier score card & communication in the defined frequency.
Your Profile You contribute
Diploma (Mechanical) or an equivalent qualification.
7–8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and CMM measurement
Hands-on experience with various inspection and precision measuring instruments.
Ability to independently perform CMM inspections, including programming and execution.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
Familiar with Root Cause Analysis
Good knowledge of reading and interpreting manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.
Well-versed in SAP systems and ERP transactions, with hands-on experience in quality documentation, data tracking, and process compliance.
Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
