Job Title: Technical Supervisor (Civil)

Job Summary:
The Civil Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating with workers, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure smooth execution of civil works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the project site
- Ensure all work is carried out as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor labour productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Track material usage and ensure proper handling and storage
- Prepare daily progress reports and site documentation
- Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or in Civil Engineering or related field
· Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or similar role (typically 5–6 + years)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints

Pay: ₹12,031.76 - ₹30,304.95 per month
