Senior Service Advisor
### Job Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
* Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates.
* Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs.
* Ensure timely delivery of vehicles to customers.
* Handle customer complaints professionally.
* Promote service packages and maintain high customer satisfaction.
### Qualification
* Diploma/Degree in Automobile, Mechanical, or any relevant field.
* Experienced candidates are preferred.
* Good communication and customer handling skills.
* Basic computer knowledge.
### Salary
* *Experienced Candidates:* ₹15,000 and above per month.
* PF Benefits.
* *Salary will be based on interview performance, experience, and skill set.*
