Key Responsibilities
- Own the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta,
LinkedIn, etc.)
- Lead SEO, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives
- Drive lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion rate improvement
- Manage marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM integrations
- Analyse campaign performance using GA4, dashboards, and attribution models
- Lead and mentor a team of marketers, designers, and external agencies
- Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams for growth alignment
- Manage budgets, ROI tracking, and monthly performance reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing or growth roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in paid ads, SEO, analytics, and CRO
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager,
HubSpot, or similar
- Strong understanding of customer journeys and digital funnels
- Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Leadership experience and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have
- Experience in B2B / SaaS / Healthcare / E-commerce (customize as needed)
- Knowledge of AI tools, marketing automation, and attribution modelling
- Exposure to brand building and storytelling at scale
