Position - BACK OFFICE - OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
Location - Gandhidham
Salary range - 15k to 22k based on experience & interview
Key Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day back office and administrative operations.
- Prepare, maintain, and update daily operational reports and records.
- Draft professional emails, letters, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data records.
- Manage and update databases, spreadsheets, and other operational documents.
- Handle document filing, scanning, and record management.
- Support the team in administrative and operational assignments as required.
- Ensure confidentiality of company information and records.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in back office, administration, or operations.
- Freshers with excellent English communication and computer proficiency may also be considered.
Maximum Age Limit - 30 years

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
