Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales updates.
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate.
- 6 months to 2 years of telesales or telecalling experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
