Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the telecalling team.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Ensure team achieves business targets.
- Train and motivate team members.
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing leads.
- Prepare daily MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of Team Leader experience in Personal Loan, Business Loan, Banking, Finance, or BPO.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Target-oriented and able to manage a team.
