Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Role: Business Development Executive
1. Promote and present the company’s medical devices (capital equipment) to healthcare professionals, including doctors and OT staff.
2. Schedule, plan, and manage appointments with healthcare providers to communicate product details, applications, and unique selling points (USPs).
3. Adhere to the company’s marketing strategies and ensure effective execution of assigned deliverable.
4. Build, develop, and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to foster trust, repeat business, and sustained engagement, including scientific CRM activities with KOLs/KBLs.
5. Conduct market research and gather relevant market intelligence; monitor competitor products and provide structured feedback to support sales and marketing strategies.
6. Prepare and deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and relevant marketing materials to healthcare professionals.
7. Remain up to date with medical advancements, clinical data, and regulatory changes relevant to the company’s product portfolio.
8. Attend internal meetings, training programs, medical conferences, trade exhibitions, and other industry events. Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
9. The candidate must be punctual, well-organized, self-disciplined, and able to manage time effectively.
