Project Quantity Surveyor – MEP (6–10 Years) | Bangalore

6–10 years of experience as a Project Quantity Surveyor in MEP projects.

Strong experience in post-contract administration and commercial management.

Manage contractor billing, payment certification, and variation orders.

Review and evaluate claims, change orders, and contractual correspondence.

Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring reports.

Conduct quantity verification and cost analysis for project works.
-
Coordinate with project, design, and client teams on commercial matters.
-
Sound knowledge of FIDIC/contract management principles and QS practices.
-
Strong technical understanding of Civil & MEP construction works.
-
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and quantity surveying documentation.
-
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Quantity Surveying.
