Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries from prospective students and parents.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fee structure, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students based on their interests and guide them in choosing the right course.
- Manage the complete admission cycle including lead generation, follow-ups, conversion, and enrolment.
- Maintain and update student databases, inquiry records, and admission reports.
- Achieve assigned admission targets within deadlines.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth admission processing.
- Organize and participate in admission drives, seminars, school visits, and promotional activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and verification of student records.
- Maintain professional relationships with students, parents, and external stakeholders.
