Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping GSA to join our team at Hotel Country Inn Smart Stays Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for cleanliness, good communication skills, and a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of guest service and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.
- Ensure rooms are prepared and maintained as per hotel standards.
- Replenish guest amenities, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
- Handle guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Report maintenance issues, lost & found items, and room discrepancies to the concerned department.
- Follow hotel standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Maintain proper usage and care of housekeeping equipment and supplies.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth guest operations.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel housekeeping department will be preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and guest-friendly attitude.
