Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience working with branding, advertising, digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects across digital and print media.
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication
- 3–5 years of work experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of Figma, Canva, Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and branding.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Design & Creative Development
- Create high-quality visual concepts, graphics, layouts, and artwork for marketing and
communication materials.
- Design creatives for digital platforms including social media, websites, emailers, banners,
and advertisements.
- Develop print creatives such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, packaging, and
event collaterals.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity across all communication channels.
2. Content & Campaign Execution
- Translate briefs into compelling and effective design solutions.
- Develop campaign concepts and visual storytelling ideas.
3. Branding & Visual Identity
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Support brand-building initiatives through innovative and consistent design execution.
4. Production & Delivery
- Prepare final artwork files for digital publishing and print production.
- Ensure designs meet technical specifications and quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
5. Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with internal teams, printers, and vendors as required.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining creative quality.
6. Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
- Introduce new creative ideas and formats to improve engagement
