Senior Accountant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Senior Accountant / Accounts Manager to oversee the complete finance and accounting function of the organization. The candidate should possess strong expertise in taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, audit coordination, and MIS reporting. The role demands independent handling of accounts with a high level of accuracy, leadership, and commercial understanding comparable to CA-level responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
· Independently manage end-to-end accounting operations
· Preparation & finalization of monthly and annual financial statements
· GST, TDS, Income Tax & other statutory compliance management
· Handling statutory audits, internal audits & tax audits
· Preparation of MIS reports, financial analysis & management reporting
· Cash flow management & banking operations
· Ledger scrutiny, reconciliations & balance confirmations
· Accounts payable & receivable monitoring
· Payroll verification & compliance coordination
· Ensure compliance with accounting standards and financial regulations
· Coordinate with consultants, auditors, banks & management
Required Skills
· Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles & Financial Controls
· Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax & Statutory Compliance
· Proficiency in Tally Prime & Advanced MS Excel
· Experience in Financial Reporting & MIS Preparation
· Leadership, analytical & communication skills
· Ability to handle accounting operations independently
Qualification
· B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter Preferred
Experience
· 5 to 10 Years
Salary
₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & capability)
Preferred Candidate
· Experience in Logistics, Transport, CFS, Warehousing, Shipping, or Equipment Rental industry preferred
· Immediate joiners preferred
· Candidates capable of independently handling finance and accounts functions will be given preference
