Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to lead our technology strategy, manage IT infrastructure, and drive digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee software development, system management, and ensure the efficient use of technology to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:Technology Leadership:
- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
- Identify new technologies to improve operations and productivity
- Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives
IT Infrastructure Management:
- Manage company servers, networks, and systems
- Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery planning
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
Software & Development:
- Oversee development of internal tools (HRMS, CRM, etc.)
- Manage web and mobile application development
- Ensure software quality, security, and scalability
Team Management:
- Lead and manage IT team, developers, and support staff
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training
- Coordinate with vendors and external IT partners
Data & Security:
- Implement cybersecurity policies and compliance
- Protect company data and ensure privacy standards
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Business Support:
- Support HRMS, CRM, and recruitment systems
- Automate reporting and MIS dashboards
- Provide technical support for operations team
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT management / leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of:
- Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.)
- Database management (MySQL, SQL Server)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Experience in building HRMS / CRM systems (preferred)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and decision-making ability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in startup or manpower consultancy industry
- Knowledge of automation tools and AI-based solutions
- Experience in cybersecurity frameworks
