Front Desk Manager – Zostel Coorg
We are looking for a professional, energetic, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager to join our team at Zostel Coorg. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, have excellent communication skills, and be confident in handling guests, bookings, and daily front office operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle reservations, bookings, cancellations, and room allocations efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and friendly front desk atmosphere at all times.
- Respond to guest queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and operations teams to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms.
- Maintain daily reports, occupancy records, and payment transactions.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise front desk operations and support hostel staff when required.
- Assist in promoting hostel activities, events, and local experiences.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, hostels, or customer service preferred.
- Basic knowledge of booking systems, Excel, and online travel platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently.
- Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules.
