Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Graduate with 1+ year experience in customer service/telecalling preferred
Key Skills:
- Good communication skills (English + local language)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools)
- Customer handling & interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask (calls + floor coordination)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handle outbound and inbound telecalling to engage customers, generate leads, and follow up.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer interactions.
- Address basic customer queries and route complex issues appropriately.
- Coordinate with the floor/team to ensure smooth customer handling and service flow.
- Manage walk-ins, schedule appointments, and support on-ground coordination.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups.
Time: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Sunday)
