Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training sessions on communication, personality development, and
interpersonal skills.
Conduct workshops on teamwork, leadership, time management, and problem-solving.
Prepare training materials, presentations, and activities to enhance learning.
Guide trainees in interview preparation, resume building, and workplace etiquette.
Assess trainees’ soft skills through activities, role plays, and evaluations.
Provide individual feedback and mentoring to improve confidence and employability.
Collaborate with technical trainers and placement officers to align soft skills with job
readiness.
Motivate and counsel trainees to overcome personal and professional challenges.
Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.
Continuously update training methodologies to match industry requirements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
