Role Overview:
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the friendly and reliable voice of ChikuPiku, ensuring our parent community receives prompt, helpful, and empathetic support. You will resolve queries, provide product guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
- Resolve issues related to orders, payments, delivery, and product usage.
- Document and escalate recurring issues to relevant teams for process improvement.
- Collaborate with content, product, and operations teams to provide accurate information.
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and engagement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. [English & Marathi Language is Mandatory]
- Patience, empathy, Polite nature and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple queries efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Passion for children’s products, storytelling, or e-commerce is a bonus.
