Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Salesforce Lead to drive end-to-end CRM implementations across diverse business use cases. You will lead development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, manage integrations, and guide teams to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

If you have strong technical expertise in Salesforce, along with leadership in solution design, development, integrations, and DevOps, this role is the right fit.

Skills

Key Skills

7+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with leadership exposure.
Expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce custom development.
Strong command over Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Git, Copado, and Gearset.
Strong experience in system architecture, scalability, and integrations.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments using tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Salesforce Application Architect certification.

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.
Translate business requirements into scalable and secure architecture.
Oversee development across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
Mentor and guide developers and administrators.
Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control workflows using DevOps tools.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce platforms.
Optimize system performance and resolve complex technical issues.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases and incorporate relevant enhancements.
