Job Summary
Prama is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented US IT Recruiter to join our Ahmedabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical positions. This role requires expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent while maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, clients, and candidates.
The successful candidate should have experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles, a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, technical skills, and business needs.
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
- Utilize Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage candidate records and recruitment activities within ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer discussions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet hiring targets and successfully close positions within assigned timelines.
- Stay informed about US IT hiring trends, labor market conditions, and salary benchmarks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
- Proven experience recruiting for IT consulting or staffing organizations.
- Understanding of IT technologies and roles, including: Software Developers (.NET, Java, Python, React, Angular)
- Strong expertise in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other recruiting platforms.
- Experience with ATS tools and recruitment management systems.
- Strong understanding of Boolean Search and advanced sourcing methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of US hiring practices, visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and employment classifications is preferred.

- Experience working with US clients and direct hiring managers.
- Familiarity with W2, C2C, and 1099 employment models.
- Experience recruiting across multiple technology domains.

Pay: Up to ₹70,000.00 per month
