We are looking for a sincere and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer coordination, inquiry tracking, proposal follow-ups, documentation and internal communication.
Role Overview
The Sales Coordinator will act as the link between customers, sales team, proposal team and internal departments. The role requires strong follow-up skills, discipline in maintaining records, and the ability to ensure that no customer inquiry, lead, proposal or follow-up is missed.
This is a back-office / coordination role, suitable for candidates who are good at communication, documentation, Excel/Google Sheets and daily follow-ups.
Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer & Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with customers for inquiries, RFQs, technical/commercial documents and offer-related communication.
- Support the sales team in managing leads, prospects, inquiries and proposal follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-up with customers for pending inputs, offer status, negotiation updates and purchase order status.
- Share company profiles, presentations, vendor registration documents and other standard documents with customers when required.
Inquiry & Proposal Tracking
- Log new inquiries in the company’s inquiry/proposal tracking system.
- Coordinate with proposal engineers for offer preparation status.
- Track inquiry priority, target submission dates, pending points and overdue offers.
- Follow up internally to ensure timely submission of quotations/proposals.
- Maintain updated MIS for active inquiries, submitted offers, pending clarifications and lost/won status.
Documentation & MIS
- Maintain customer database, inquiry register, proposal tracker and follow-up records.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales coordination reports for management review.
- Maintain records of submitted offers, customer communication, vendor registration forms and supporting documents.
- Ensure proper filing and easy retrieval of customer and inquiry-related documents.
Internal Coordination
- Coordinate between Sales, Proposal, Projects, Purchase and Accounts teams wherever required.
- Support sales handover after receipt of purchase order.
- Track pending commercial documents such as GST certificate, PAN, bank details, MSME, ISO certificates, company profile, etc.
- Help ensure timely communication and closure of pending action points.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, MBA, Engineering, Diploma or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, customer coordination, MIS or documentation.
- Freshers with good communication and Excel skills may also apply.
- Experience in B2B, industrial, electrical, automation or engineering companies will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and basic documentation.
- Strong follow-up attitude and ability to work with deadlines.
- Should be organized, disciplined and comfortable coordinating with multiple people.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
