6) Job Description :
- Manage and control daily store operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
- Ensure accurate Stock & inventory maintenance and control through timely recording in the ERP/inventory management system.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Planning, and Production departments to ensure timely material availability and seamless workflow.
- Organize the material layout on the shop floor to optimize space utilization and ensure easy access to inventory.
- Conduct periodic physical inventory counts (cycle counting) to reconcile stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Oversee the proper handling, preservation, and movement of materials, especially heavy machinery components and conveyor systems.
- Prepare documentation for material inward/outward and generate daily/weekly reports on stock levels and consumption.
- Uphold proper housekeeping and ensure 5S compliance with safety rules and procedures within the store premises.
