We are seeking a dynamic and versatile IT Solutions Manager to lead the execution of our technology strategy and operations while remaining actively involved in hands-on delivery. This role requires a unique combination of strategic vision, project leadership, and technical expertise. The successful candidate will drive IT initiatives that enable business growth, ensure security and compliance, and optimize systems and processes across our global, cloud-based organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create technology roadmaps and implementation plans; present to senior leadership for alignment and approval.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, automation, advanced analytics) for business value and integration potential.
- Foster collaboration between IT and other departments to support business agility.
Establish robust IT governance, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.

IT Operations & Infrastructure
- Oversee the performance, reliability, and scalability of IT systems, cloud infrastructure, and M365 ecosystem.
- Manage hardware and software lifecycles, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with business needs.
- Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery plans are maintained and tested.
Provide hands-on support where required, troubleshooting technical issues and assisting teams directly.

Security & Compliance
- Design, implement, and maintain IT security policies, controls, and practices.
- Conduct and coordinate regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scans.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, ISO 27001, and other relevant regulations.
- Lead or coordinate responses to security incidents, ensuring remediation and lessons learned.
Promote a strong security culture through awareness and training programs.

Project & Vendor Management
- Lead IT and cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of ERP systems to support business operations.
- Partner with departments to align ERP functionality with operational needs.
- Manage upgrades and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting support for ERP-related issues.
- Coordinate with external service providers and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Select and manage technology vendors; negotiate contracts and service levels.
Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
