Ankura Hospital is hiring for the role of Quality Executive (NABH mandatory) for multiple units in Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Khammam.
Job Role: Quality Executive / Senior Executive
Experience: 3 to 7 years (NABH mandatory)

Qualification: BHM/ MHA / MBA ( Hospital Management)
Job Overview:
- Implementation of quality standards in the facility in adherence with NABH protocols.
- Job Description:
- Ensure implementation of standards related to Quality Management system and monitoring the functioning of the standards.
- To conduct Induction orientation for new staff & regular training of the staff based on NABH guidelines.
- To carry out facility inspection rounds and identifying safety risks areas, documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures in coordination with administration.
- To carry out the internal audits, documenting obersvations and taking corrective and preventive measures.
- To monitor the departmental Quality Indicators & taking CAPA.Conducting the Mock drills (Code Red, Code Blue and Code Pink, Code yellow), documenting and taking corrective and preventive measures.
- Annual Budget Planning for Infection Control, Quality and Safety.
- To ensure facilities available for smooth functioning of the department.
- To conduct the hospital committees and documenting MOM & follow up for closure and document minutes.
- To visit out sourced services as per the defined schedule to monitor compliance of Quality & Safety measures as per the standards.
- To conduct /attend the departmental meetings and coordinating necessary actions for smooth functioning of the organisation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by group-Quality head/branch Medical Director.
Key Performance Indicators:
Implementation of Standards and SOP’s, conducting internal audit based on NABH standards, monitoring infection control activities like cleaning protocols, fogging, case sheet audits. Quality rounds of hospital premise. Gathering and presenting Department wise Quality Indicators, CAPA. Conducting mock drills and training staff deployed on premise as per prescribed standard.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
