Must-have
2–5 years of experience in retail sales or retail store management
Proven ability to meet or exceed retail store sales targets
Must be located in commutable distance to Kozhikode, Kerala, India
Preferred
- Experience in team leadership or supervisory roles in retail, preferably in apparel or fashion
- Experience delivering consistent in-store customer service and customer experience
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, including weekends and peak retail hours
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and MS Office; familiarity with retail analytics is a plus
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or a related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
