Job Description
We are looking for a Production Admin to lead and manage our Production Team. The candidate will be responsible for managing workflow, quality, deadlines, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the video editing team.
- Assign daily tasks and manage workloads.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Review video quality and maintain creative standards.
- Coordinate with content, creative, and marketing teams.
- Handle revisions and resolve production issues.
- Track team performance and productivity.
- Train and mentor video editors.
- Improve production workflow and turnaround time.
Requirements
- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience managing a video/creative team is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good understanding of video production and social media content.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
