Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from product discovery and requirement gathering to implementation, launch, and continuous optimization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify customer needs, define product strategy, and prioritize initiatives based on business impact.
- Develop Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
- Drive cross-functional coordination across Product, Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Lead implementation of new product features, integrations, platform enhancements, and process improvements while managing timelines, dependencies, and risks.
- Monitor project progress, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and ensure alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Partner with QA teams during testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production releases to ensure product quality and successful deployments.
- Implement and leverage product analytics to understand user behavior, engagement patterns, feature adoption, and customer journeys.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative user data to identify pain points, measure product performance, and recommend data-driven enhancements.
- Define, monitor, and report on key product metrics such as feature adoption, user engagement, retention, conversion, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Work with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools to generate actionable product insights.
- Conduct A/B testing and evaluate product experiments to validate hypotheses and improve user experience.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvements.
- Prepare regular product performance reports and present recommendations to leadership based on user behavior and business metrics.
- Continuously optimize product workflows and identify opportunities to improve scalability, usability, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Product Management,
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional product implementation projects.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive product decisions and measure business outcomes.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, or equivalent project management tools.

Pay: ₹40,000.29 - ₹80,000.50 per month
